Welcome to ATM Homes and Apartments ("ATM Homes," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and platform located at atmhomeandapartments.org (the "Service") operated by ATM Homes.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

• ATM Homes Academy - real estate education platform
• Property viewing and appointment scheduling
• Investment advisory and financing assistance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

4. Property Listings and Ownership

All properties listed on our platform are exclusively owned or managed by ATM Homes. We do not accept third-party property listings. All property information is verified and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. All property transactions are subject to contract and legal documentation.

5. ATM Homes Academy

Enrollment in ATM Homes Academy requires completion of our registration process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Course materials, certificates, and content are proprietary to ATM Homes.

Students must complete the full course curriculum to receive certificates. Refund policies apply as outlined in our separate Academy Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services and properties must be made according to agreed terms. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, online payments, and cash payments at our office.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. Payment plans are available for qualifying transactions and are subject to approval.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
